Why use PursuitForge instead of searching SAM.gov alone?
SAM.gov is free and already lets you search notices, save searches, and follow changes. PursuitForge adds profile-based prioritization, match reasons, and an organized review workspace. Use shared company statuses and assignments to keep work moving, with personal watchlists, reminders, and email digests when enabled for your own follow-up. You pay for the workflow, not exclusive access to public notices. Keep using SAM.gov to verify official details.
What does this tool do?
PursuitForge helps small contractors compare federal opportunity records with a saved profile, organize watchlists, and keep follow-up visible. Pursuit Memory connects reusable evidence, requirement gaps, decision snapshots and recorded results. Team adds independent reviews, workload visibility and shared lessons.
Is this official SAM.gov?
No. PursuitForge is independent review software. Official opportunity links and source documents remain the authority.
Does this determine eligibility?
No. Use PursuitForge to organize review, then check the notice, solicitation documents, certifications, registrations, representations, clauses, and requirements that apply to your business.
Does this give legal, procurement, or compliance advice?
No. PursuitForge is a workflow and review tool. It does not provide legal advice, procurement advice, compliance advice, proposal advice, bid/no-bid recommendations, or award predictions.
What is a match score?
A match score compares opportunity fields with your saved profile, across five categories: NAICS codes, keywords, agencies, set-asides, and places of performance. The explanation shows which inputs overlap and which are missing. Deadlines are shown separately. The score is a review signal, not an eligibility determination or chance of winning.
What are NAICS codes?
NAICS codes are industry classification codes used by government buyers and businesses to describe types of work. They are useful filters, not the full requirement.
What are set-asides?
Set-asides are procurement categories that limit competition to certain business types, such as small business or service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
Where does opportunity data come from?
Opportunity data comes from official public data sources used by PursuitForge, including SAM.gov opportunity data and related public source material where available. Data is refreshed periodically and is not guaranteed to be real-time or complete.
Do I still need to read the official opportunity?
Yes. Read the official notice, attachments, amendments, clauses, deadlines, instructions, and source materials before deciding what to pursue.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new accounts can start a 7-day trial of the selected plan after completing secure Stripe checkout with a card. The trial clock starts at checkout, not account creation. Cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge. We send a reminder before billing. Accounts created under the previous no-card offer keep their original terms.
How much are Individual and Team?
Individual is $39.99 per month for one person. Team is $149/month or $1,490/year for one company and five people including the owner, plus applicable tax. New trials renew automatically at the selected recurring price unless canceled before the trial ends. Creating an account or accepting an invitation alone does not authorize a charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Use the billing portal available from your Billing page to manage or cancel an active subscription. If you cannot access the portal or have a billing question, contact PursuitForge support.
How do I join a company that invited me?
Open your invitation link, then sign in or create an account using the invited email. After verifying your email, return to the invitation to join with the assigned role. You do not need to start a separate company trial to accept an invitation.
What does my team share?
The business profile, match scores, review statuses, assignments, next actions, internal due dates, company documents, and recorded notice-change reviews belong to the company workspace. Watchlists, deadline reminders, seen history, and email-update preferences are personal. An active Team subscription covers up to five people including the owner; accepting an invitation uses an included seat and does not charge the invitee. Pending invitations reserve seats. Owners and Admins manage member access, and your assigned role controls what you can change.
Can I choose which opportunity emails I receive?
In Business profile, save a minimum relevance score and a daily or weekly email preference. When email delivery is enabled, compact digests include qualifying opportunities you have not already been sent, with match scores and links back to your review. Empty updates are skipped. Email preferences are personal and separate from in-app deadline reminders; always verify the official notice.
How do alerts and watchlists work?
Watchlists save filters so you can revisit focused opportunity views, and in-app alerts help organize deadline follow-up. Alerts and watchlists support your review process but do not replace checking the official notice, amendments, deadlines, or your own calendar and tracking process.
