Terms of Use
Last updated: September 16, 2026. These terms describe use of PursuitForge, including free trial and paid workspace access.
Independent tool
PursuitForge is independent review software. It is not SAM.gov, GSA, SBA, VA, or any other government agency, and it is not endorsed by any government agency. Official notices, attachments, amendments, and agency materials control.
Permitted use
You may use the workspace to organize opportunity review, maintain business profile information, save watchlists, review match reasons, track follow-up, and use other features made available to your account. You are responsible for using the product lawfully and only with information you are authorized to use.
Government-contract boundaries
PursuitForge does not provide legal advice, procurement advice, compliance advice, eligibility determinations, bid/no-bid recommendations, proposal writing, proposal review, registration services, certification decisions, award predictions, or official-source verification.
Your review decisions
Match scores, filters, summaries, watchlists, alerts, notes, assignments, and saved views help organize review. You remain responsible for reading official source materials and making your own business, legal, compliance, and procurement decisions.
No outcome guarantee
PursuitForge does not guarantee that you will find, qualify for, win, or receive any contract, task order, grant, subcontract, teaming opportunity, or other award. Opportunity coverage, field completeness, and data freshness can vary, so official sources should always be checked before acting.
Trial and paid access
Eligible new accounts may start one 7-day trial of the selected plan by completing checkout with a card and accepting the billing terms. The trial begins at checkout. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the selected price: Individual $39.99/month, Team $149/month, or Team $1,490/year, plus applicable tax, until canceled. Cancel before the displayed trial end date to avoid the first charge. Creating an account or accepting a company invitation alone does not authorize a charge. Accounts created under the previous no-card offer keep their original trial terms and are not automatically enrolled. Checkout confirms the price and renewal terms.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. A reminder is sent before a new trial ends. You can manage or cancel a trial or active subscription through Manage subscription on your Billing page. Purchases sold through Link can also be managed at app.link.com. Cancellation and refund handling is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Availability and changes
PursuitForge may change, pause, or discontinue features, data sources, sync schedules, plan limits, trial access, or paid access. The product may contain errors, delays, stale records, missing records, or incomplete fields. Material pricing or billing changes will be presented through the product or billing process as appropriate.
