Terms of Use
Last updated: June 27, 2026. These terms describe the product boundaries for PursuitForge as it moves from preview access toward paid workspace access. They are written for launch readiness and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before live paid checkout is enabled.
Independent tool
PursuitForge is independent review software. It is not SAM.gov, GSA, SBA, VA, or any other government agency, and it is not endorsed by any government agency. Official notices, attachments, amendments, and agency materials control.
Permitted use
You may use the workspace to organize opportunity review, maintain business profile information, save watchlists, review match reasons, and track follow-up. You are responsible for using the product lawfully and only with information you are authorized to use.
Government-contract boundaries
PursuitForge does not provide legal advice, procurement advice, compliance advice, eligibility determinations, bid/no-bid recommendations, proposal writing, proposal review, registration services, certification decisions, award predictions, or official-source verification.
Your review decisions
Match scores, filters, summaries, watchlists, alerts, notes, and saved views help organize review. You remain responsible for reading official source materials and making your own business, legal, compliance, and procurement decisions.
No outcome guarantee
PursuitForge does not guarantee that you will find, qualify for, win, or receive any contract, task order, grant, subcontract, teaming opportunity, or other award.
Trial and paid access
The current launch plan is a 7-day trial and $39/month Premium monthly workspace access when checkout is enabled. The plan, price, renewal date, trial details, and billing provider shown at checkout will control the paid transaction.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund handling is described in the refund and cancellation policy. If checkout is enabled, billing controls should be available through the billing page, billing portal, or support contact shown in the product.
Availability and changes
PursuitForge may change, pause, or discontinue features, data sources, sync schedules, plan limits, preview access, or paid access. The product may contain errors, delays, stale records, missing records, or incomplete fields.
