What makes Pursuit Memory useful?
Record the evidence behind a requirement, your decision and its rationale, and the result. Reuse that evidence on another pursuit. Earlier decisions are flagged when linked evidence or recorded notice information changes. Relevant past cases appear with the exact shared agency or evidence that connects them.
The record becomes more useful as your own experience accumulates. Team adds independent reviews, recorded concerns, recurring decision factors, and workload visibility. This is your company’s experience, not an automated prediction.
Why pay when SAM.gov is free?
SAM.gov remains the free official source. PursuitForge adds a working record around those notices: evidence gaps, owners, next actions, review history, changed-information flags, and lessons you can reuse. Verify official notices and attachments before acting.
How do Team seats and permissions work?
The company owner pays for one subscription covering up to five people. Owners manage billing and all operational roles. Admins manage the workspace and Reviewer/Viewer membership. Reviewers update pursuit work and evidence and can record independent reviews of another member’s decisions. Viewers can read and export available records. Pending invitations reserve seats; teammates do not need personal subscriptions.
Team shares its profile, pursuits, evidence, documents, decisions and lessons. Each member’s watchlists, alerts and digest preferences remain personal.
What happens after the trial?
Your selected plan renews automatically: Individual $39.99/month, Team $149/month, or Team $1,490/year, plus applicable tax. Cancel before the seven-day trial ends to avoid the first charge. Your billing page shows the date and subscription controls. Prior no-card offers retain their original terms.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Manage your subscription from Billing. Plan changes show their price and any prorated charge before confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the current period ends. Team access requires an active Team subscription. Moving to Individual removes shared member access and independent review features; it does not erase your company’s recorded history. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Does this decide which contracts we should pursue?
No. Your team records its own decisions and outcomes. Match signals, recurring factors and comparable cases provide context. They do not establish eligibility, explain causation or predict awards. Official source records remain authoritative. Read the data disclaimer.
