This policy describes how PursuitForge intends to handle trial, subscription, cancellation, and refund questions as the product moves toward paid checkout. Live checkout should not be enabled until the billing provider, legal entity, support email, and payment terms shown at checkout are confirmed.

Current launch plan

PursuitForge currently presents a 7-day trial and $39/month Premium monthly plan. Paid checkout is available only when the billing provider is configured and the user completes the checkout flow shown in the product.

Trial terms

When card-required checkout is enabled, the trial terms shown at checkout will control the trial length, renewal date, price, and cancellation method. Users should review those terms before submitting payment information.

Subscriptions renew until canceled

After a trial or paid subscription begins, the subscription renews at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled, unless the checkout flow or billing provider states otherwise.

Cancellation

When billing is enabled, users should cancel through the billing page, billing portal, or support contact shown in the product. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior charges unless a refund is required by law or approved as a courtesy.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. PursuitForge may review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical access failures, or other circumstances it determines appropriate. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights a customer may have under applicable law.

How to request billing help

Email support@vacontractmatcher.com with your account email, company name, charge date, invoice or receipt information if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment card numbers.
