PursuitForge is operated by CAC Lion Investments LLC d/b/a PursuitForge. Privacy and account-support requests can be sent to the support contact listed on this page.

Information you provide

PursuitForge may store account information, business profile fields, NAICS codes, keywords, target agencies, watchlists, alert preferences, company workspace information, billing status metadata, and settings you choose to save.

How information is used

Saved information is used to operate the workspace, calculate match signals, show opportunity views, manage watchlists and team workflows, support billing access, respond to support requests, and manage alert or digest preferences when those features are available to your account.

Public source data

Opportunity records come from official public data sources used by PursuitForge. Public source records may be stored, normalized, filtered, enriched, and displayed so users can review relevant opportunities more efficiently.

Billing provider

Paid checkout and subscription management are handled by the billing provider shown at checkout. PursuitForge stores billing status metadata needed to show account access and subscription state; payment card details are handled by the billing provider rather than stored directly by PursuitForge.

Service providers

PursuitForge may use hosting, authentication, database, analytics, email, error-monitoring, billing, and support providers as needed to operate, secure, bill, improve, and support the service.

No sale of workspace data

PursuitForge does not sell customer workspace data and does not use workspace data for third-party targeted advertising.

Optional advertising measurement

If you allow optional measurement, PursuitForge stores a random browser identifier in a cookie with a 30-day lifetime. The same identifier is retained in a server-side visit record for a rolling 90-day reporting window; records older than 90 days remain until the next measurement write removes them. The record contains an approved public page path, broad source category, visit times, and whether the signup page was visited. We also record the first trial-button click, signup form edit, valid submission, accepted submission, and signup error in each browser journey, along with the selected plan and a broad error category. We do not store form contents, email addresses, passwords, raw error messages, full referring URLs, search terms, IP addresses, or worksheet entries in these measurement records.

When you sign in to a newly created account on the same browser and visit billing, we may link that visit record to your account to understand account setup, saved review activity, and subscription state. These source categories are estimates and may be incomplete. Operational account, workspace, and billing records continue to be used to provide the service regardless of this choice.

To limit abuse, the measurement endpoint also uses a daily rotating, keyed hash of a hosting-verified network address. The temporary rate-limit counter contains no raw address, is separate from visit records, and is removed after one day at the next measurement write.

If you allow advertising measurement, Google Ads receives technical visit information, ad-click identifiers, and an event when we verify a completed introductory trial. Google may use measurement cookies to connect an ad click with that event. A trial is recorded with zero purchase value.

We do not send your email, profile, watchlists, opportunity searches, payment details, or raw billing identifiers in these events. Ad personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled. Declining does not affect your account, checkout, or workspace access.

You can change your choice using the button below this page. Withdrawing stops future optional collection, requests removal of the browser identifier, removes Google’s first-party measurement cookies, and reloads the page to stop the tag. It does not undo data already collected. Contact us below to request deletion. How Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Voluntary visitor feedback and public preview

If you submit the optional visitor survey, we store the selected reason, approved page path, whether you opened it or saw the desktop exit prompt, a random response ID for safe retries, and submission time. We do not attach an email, account or advertising identifier. Responses are retained for a rolling 90-day window and removed at the next feedback write. Session storage remembers that the prompt was shown during this browser visit.

A price response saves a signed, essential offer cookie for up to 30 days so your requested introductory discount can be applied in the same browser. If redeemed, the offer identifier becomes part of your billing record. It does not contain your survey response ID. This voluntary feedback works independently of optional advertising measurement.

Public preview searches are processed to return a small sample of stored public notices; we do not save your search text in a marketing record. Feedback and preview requests use separate abuse-limit counters with a daily rotating keyed hash of the hosting-verified network address, never the raw address. Counters older than one day are removed at the next request.

Security and account responsibility

PursuitForge uses reasonable product safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for limiting workspace access to information you are authorized to use.

You may email support@pursuitforge.co to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other privacy help related to your account. We may need to verify your account before acting on a request.

Your responsibility

Do not enter classified information, controlled information, protected health information, export-controlled information, source-selection information, proposal content you are not authorized to share, or other sensitive material that does not belong in this workspace.
