Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026. PursuitForge is a SAM.gov readiness and opportunity review workspace. This page explains practical privacy expectations for trial and paid workspace access and should be reviewed before live paid checkout is enabled.
Information you provide
The app may store account information, business profile fields, NAICS codes, keywords, target agencies, watchlists, alert preferences, billing status metadata, and workspace settings you choose to save.
How information is used
Saved information is used to operate the workspace, calculate match signals, show opportunity views, manage watchlists, support billing access, respond to support requests, and manage alert or digest preferences when those features are enabled.
Public source data
Opportunity records come from official public data sources used by the app. Public source records may be stored, normalized, filtered, enriched, and displayed so users can review likely-fit opportunities faster.
Billing provider
Paid checkout and billing portal actions, when enabled, are handled by the billing provider shown at checkout. The app stores billing status metadata needed to show workspace access and subscription state; payment details are handled by the billing provider.
Service providers
PursuitForge may use hosting, authentication, database, analytics, email, error-monitoring, billing, and support service providers to operate the product. These providers should be used only as needed to provide, secure, bill, improve, and support the service.
No sale of workspace data
PursuitForge is not built to sell your workspace data. It is also not built to use your workspace data for third-party targeted advertising. If that changes, this page should be updated before the change is made.
Security and account responsibility
PursuitForge uses reasonable product safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for limiting workspace access to information you are authorized to use.
Your privacy requests
You may email support@vacontractmatcher.com to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other privacy help related to your account. We may need to verify your account before acting on a request.
Your responsibility
Do not enter classified information, controlled information, protected health information, export-controlled information, source-selection information, proposal content you are not authorized to share, or other sensitive material that does not belong in this workspace.
