What the data does—and does not—prove
Notices are imported periodically from SAM.gov. A displayed source-check timestamp is a recorded import check, not continuous monitoring. Missing fields remain unknown. Source notices, attachments, amendments and official deadlines must be verified directly. Matching and review checklists are not eligibility certifications or award predictions.
Security, cancellation and portability
Workspace records stay behind membership and plan controls. Do not upload classified information, CUI, export-controlled material, credentials or sensitive personal data. Cancel through the billing controls under the published terms. A worksheet can remain only in your browser, or be imported explicitly after account setup; it is not uploaded merely because you typed into it.

2. Record the next action
Add a pursuit, its next action and an internal due date. Today brings overdue actions, stored source deadlines, notice changes and unresolved reviews together. Team adds responsible teammates.
3. Connect the supporting evidence
Link requirements to reusable evidence or permitted company documents. Review revisions and gaps. A high score is not a substitute for verifying the actual requirements.
4. Keep the decision and review
Record your rationale and checklist. With Team, an Owner or Admin can require an independent reviewer and set a review date. Changed context and unresolved concerns prevent the review cockpit from showing completion.

- Business profile, matches, reviews, pursuits, evidence, documents and decisions belong to the workspace. Individual has one owner seat. Team shares access according to role permissions.
- Personal follow-up
- Watchlists, deadline alerts, seen history and digest preferences remain personal. Email digests are separate from the in-app notice-change queue.
- Public discovery
- SAM.gov-derived federal opportunities only. Imports refresh periodically and may be delayed or incomplete.
- Bring your own opportunity
- Manual pursuits remain private company records. They are not scored, scraped or automatically monitored.
- Source and attachment limitations
- Notice-change tracking reflects imported fields and links, not attachment-content comparisons or replacements at the same URL. Check official source documents directly.
- Worksheet continuation
- Keeping a draft is optional and browser-local for up to seven days. Import requires eligible workspace access, editing permission and explicit confirmation of the destination company. Existing work and source facts are preserved.
